### Pricing Notes

- Pricing assumes accessible work area. Demolition / drywall repair / finish work not included unless specified.
- Concealed conditions (rotted subfloor, additional damaged pipe, asbestos materials) require change order before work continues.

## 8. Payment Terms

**Jobs under $1,500:** Payment in full upon completion
**Jobs $1,500–$5,000:** 50% deposit / 50% completion
**Jobs over $5,000:** 30% deposit / 40% at midpoint or rough-in / 30% on final inspection pass

**Payment methods:** Cash, check, ACH. Credit cards accepted with 3% surcharge.

**Late payments:** Invoices past 30 days subject to 1.5% monthly finance charge (18% annual).
